All of our waterslide decals, vinyl decals, stickers, tumbler wraps, and pen wraps are custom-printed to order right here in Springfield, Missouri. Because every item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase — including design selection, paper type (clear or white), and quantity.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every order we print. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at socutedecals@gmail.com with:

• A photo of the damaged item
• Your order number

Why We Can't Accept Returns
Our waterslide decals and prints are made to order on Hayes Paper Co. waterslide paper and cannot be resold or restocked once printed. This policy allows us to keep prices affordable and turnaround times fast for every customer.
